The hearing was working nicely both in bedroom and bathroom and the buffet breakfast was rather good and varied. Restaurant and reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Walls were quite thin and the mattress was quite hard. Could have used an extra pillow.

Nothing. It was a complete waste of money and holidays

The hotel has only just got it's 4th star this was not executed in the hotel's standards in service and comfort. The rooms, unless you opt for the mountain view, the rest are terrible very small and dark, beds which look more at home in a hostle. We booked the mountain view with the double bed but unfortunately put in to one of these rooms. WHICH WE GOT TOLD THAT BY BOOKING VIA BOOKING.COM YOU GO TO THE BOTTOM OF THE LIST IN ROOM BOOKED AND CHOICE. The quality of food was bad and there was no considerable options in choice mainly cold, tasteless or under cooked. Most of the staff were very helpful how ever some of the other staff that seemed to be higher in management position did nothing to help us during our stay and didn't want to know. For the £500 pounds I paid this was not acceptable. Very very disappointed.

Location - really 10 minutes on foot to Funicamp (though weird way) Food - much and not so bad

The major chunk of Evenia Coray visitors are the tourists from Russia province who are pretty rude and loud - you’ll find them waiting for restaurant opening, pushing each other while getting a food, screaming and laughing loudly. This results in corresponded behavior of hotel restaurant staff who acts quite unfriendly. Moving forward, you’ll hear these screaming and laughing through the room carton walls till 2a.m. - the hotel reception guys claim they help to reduce the noise, in fact they won’t asking to be quiet each overexcited and shouting group retuning back from night promenade. Also, a half of the rooms in this hotel are directed in the internal yard with another building wall in front of the hotel that builds a large resonator. Forget sleeping with balcony door opened to catch a fresh air - you’ll be attacked by the noise of parking cars and by dialogs of the people smoking in this internal yard area near reception. Yep, the “mountain view” room would reduce the problem, and you are supposed to get one as declared on booking.com. Yet these rooms are occupied first and are not available even for extra 5€ per day per person. The supper is not really included fully - the restaurant charges you for water and any other drinks. During breakfast you’ll stay in line for many minutes to get just a water. The food is a kind of acceptable, yet you may get the rotten fruits, fish with scale, egg shell in scrambled eggs. There is no ski/snowboard boots dryer room - you need to bring the boots in your room and try them by yourselves. Rooms are dirty. This does not worth 123€ / day at all.
